Green Bean Almondine with Tomatoes

(14.5 oz.) Libby’s® Cut Green Beans
drained
4
small shallots
diced
2
large tomatoes
diced
2
tbsp
parsley
2
tsp
lemon juice
1⁄4
tsp
salt
1⁄4
tsp
pepper
1⁄4
c
slivered almonds
Instructions
Melt butter in frying pan and add shallots; sauté over medium-low heat until soft. Add tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and green beans. Mix well and cook until heated through, approximately 2 minutes.
Place mixture in service dish and top with almonds.
