Sautéed Peas with Honey and Feta

Ingredients

feta cheese

minced garlic

fresh lemon juice

honey

olive oil

chopped parsley

walnuts
Instructions
Combine garlic, lemon juice and honey in small bowl and whisk. Continue to whisk while slowly adding the olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Place butter in sauté pan and add Libby's® Sweet Peas. Stir until peas are coated with butter, about 2 minutes. Place peas in bowl and lightly season with salt and pepper. Toss peas gently with salad dressing and then add feta, chopped herbs and walnuts.
