French Style Potato Salad

(15 oz.) Libby’s® Sliced White Potatoes
(drained)

(14.5 oz) Libby’s® French Style Green Beans
(drained and rinsed)

pitted niçoise or black olives
(roughly chopped)

cider vinegar

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
dijon mustard
1⁄4
tbsp
salt

tbsp
fresh parsley
(chopped)

garlic
(minced)
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Gently combine Libby's® Sliced White Potatoes, Libby’s® French Style Green Beans and olives in a serving bowl.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and salt in small bowl; stir with whisk. Stir in parsley and garlic; season to taste with black pepper. Pour over potato mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until serving.
