Easy Peach Crisp

Cook time: 40-50 min.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For the filling:
Drain Libby’s® Peach Slices and place in bowl with cinnamon and flour. Toss to coat. Set aside.
For the topping:
Place flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir with whisk to combine. Cut butter into 1/2″ squares and add to flour mixture. Use your hands to work butter into mixture until it is crumbly and well combined. Set aside.
Place about 2 tablespoons of topping in bottom of 9x12-inch baking dish. Spread filling mixture evenly over bottom of the pan. Cover evenly with topping mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees in middle of the oven for 40-50 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
Let cool slightly before serving. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
