Teriyaki Stir-Fry Bowl

Ingredients

(14.5 oz.) Libby’s Cut Green Beans
(drained)

vegetable oil

lb
beef round steak
(cut into 1/2-x 1/2- x 3-inch strips)

large red bell pepper
(cored and cut into strips)
1
small onion
(cut into strips)
1⁄4
c
bottled teriyaki sauce
4
c
cooked quick-cooking rice
Instructions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef; stir and cook until browned. Remove from skillet. Add pepper and onion to skillet; stir and cook until soft. Return beef to skillet; add Libby’s Cut Green Beans and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated through.
Tip: Quick-cooking brown rice takes only 10 minutes to prepare and is more nutritious than white rice. Put the rice on to cook before you start cooking the stir-fry and they’ll both be ready at the same time.
