Southwest Chicken Soup


Serves 12

meat from one roasted chicken cut/shredded
2 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz.) black beans
1 can (15oz. ) kidney beans
1 onion sauteed
2 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 pkg taco seasoning mix (mild or spicy depending on preference)
2 c water as desired

Put everything into the slow cooker, without draining the vegetables. Stir well. Cook on low for four-to-six hours; stir occasionally.

You can also prepare on stove top for a quicker meal.
