Pea, Ricotta and Bacon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Naturals Sweet Peas, drained

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

  • 1/2 teaspoon basil

  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

In medium bowl, add all ingredients. Gently mix until well combined.
