Lunch Box Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  •   oz. uncooked whole wheat penne or rotelle pasta
  •   can (15 oz.) Libby's mixed vegetables, drained
  •   can (8.5 oz.) Libby's whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  •   cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1⁄2   cup sliced celery
  • 1⁄3   cup chopped red onion
  • 1⁄3   cup low-fat prepared balsamic vinaigrette
  •   tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except vinaigrette and cheese. Mix gently to combine ingredients evenly. Add vinaigrette; toss to distribute evenly. Add cheese; toss gently.
