Description
Read Green Eggs & Ham© by Dr. Seuss to your kids and then have them help you make a batch of these pinwheel roll-ups for their lunch boxes. Research has shown that calling nutritious food fun names will increase the likelihood that children will eat them.
Ingredients
- 4 wheat flour tortillas (7-inch) or whole wheat flatbread
- 4 spreadable cheese product wedges (like Laughing Cow) or 4 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cn 1 can (14.5 ounce) Libby’s® Cut Green Beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
Lay out one tortilla. Spread cheese over tortilla. Lay 3-4 slices of ham over cheese. Sprinkle about 1/3 cup beans evenly over the ham, arranging so most will be horizontal and lay flat when rolled. Roll up the tortilla. Slice in four equal pinwheel pieces. Repeat with other 3 tortillas.
