Description
A creamy noodle side dish made with country sausage gravy, colorful mixed vegetables and mushrooms --- great with chicken or smoked sausage
Ingredients
- 8 oz dry wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 c chopped yellow onion
- 1 cn (15 oz) Libby's® Country Sausage Gravy
- 1⁄2 c fat free milk
- 1 cn (15 oz) Libby's® Mixed Vegetables, drained
- 1 cn (4 oz drained wt) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1⁄4 t ground black pepper

Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 4 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except noodles; simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
3. Drain noodles; return to pan. Add gravy mixture; toss to combine.
