Description
Corn and Mac Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry elbow macaroni
- 1⁄2 cup butter or margarine
- 8 oz. cubed velveeta
- 1 can Libby’s cream style sweet corn
- 1 can Libby's whole kernel sweet corn
Instructions
Mix together the entire contents of the creamed corn, whole kernel corn and uncooked macaroni. Slice the butter or margarine and mix it into the corn mixture along with the cheese. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
