Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans drained
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans drained
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced olives drained
1⁄2 c pre-cooked brown rice
1⁄2 c red onion diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
1⁄2 c vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

Mix together brown rice, beans, olives, garlic and red onion in large salad bowl. Add vinaigrette dressing and stir to coat evenly. Can be served immediately or chilled first.
