    <directions>Melt butter in skillet; add ham and sauté until lightly browned. Add apple slices. Combine brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon; sprinkle over ham and apple slices. Cook 2 minutes or until apples are just tender. Add sauerkraut, cover and simmer 10 minutes.</directions>
