Description
Teriyaki Stir-Fry Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 lb beef round steak, cut into 1/2-x 1/2- x 3-inch strips
- 1 large red bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
- 1 small onion, cut into strips
- 1 cn (14.5 oz.) libby’s cut green beans, drained
- 1⁄4 c bottled teriyaki sauce
- 4 c cooked quick-cooking rice
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef; stir and cook until browned. Remove from skillet. Add pepper and onion to skillet; stir and cook until soft. Return beef to skillet; add green beans and teriyaki sauce. Cook until heated through.
Tip: Quick-cooking brown rice takes only 10 minutes to prepare and is more nutritious than brown rice. Put the rice on to cook before you start cooking the stir-fry and they’ll both be ready at the same time.
