Italian Sausage, Green Bean and Garbanzo Soup

Ingredients

  • T vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2 lb italian sausage, bulk or removed from casing
  • cn (14 oz.) chicken broth
  • cn (14.5 oz.) Libby’s cut green beans, drained
  • cn (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
  • cn (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • tbsp parsley flakes
  • tsp italian herb mixture

Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage; cook, stirring and breaking up sausage with a spoon, until sausage is browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.

Tip: Use a mild or spicy Italian sausage, according to your preference.
