Hearty Corn Bisque

Ingredients

  • tbsp vegetable oil
  •   small onion, chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp dried sage
  • cn (15 oz.) Libby’s cream style corn
  • cn (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Potatoes, drained
  • 1 1⁄2 c low-fat milk
  • c chopped cooked ham (about 6 ounces)
  • tbsp parsley flakes

Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and sage; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add corn, potatoes and milk; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in ham and parsley.
