Description

Hearty Corn Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp dried sage
  • 2 cn (15 oz.) libby’s cream style corn
  • 1 cn (14.5 oz.) libby’s sliced potatoes, drained
  • 1 1⁄2 c low-fat milk
  • 1 c chopped cooked ham (about 6 ounces)
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes

Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and sage; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add corn, potatoes and milk; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in ham and parsley.
