Description
Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 bag (10 ounces) sliced mushrooms
- 1 c low-fat sour cream
- 1 cn (15 oz.) libby’s sweet peas, drained
- 1⁄2 tsp Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1 package (1 pound) linguine or egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook over medium heat, stirring and breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until browned. Return beef to skillet, stir in sour cream, peas, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Serve over noodles.
