Cheesy Peas
Ingredients
- 1 cn (15 oz) Libby’s® Sweet Peas
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1⁄2 c Salt
- 1⁄4 tsp Pepper
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 3 tbsp Onion, diced
- 1⁄2 c Cheddar cheese, cubed
Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan and add flour, salt, pepper, onions and milk. Constantly stir mixture until smooth and thick; add cheddar cheese. Once cheese has melted stir in peas and serve.
