Cheesy Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 cn (15 oz) Libby’s® Sweet Peas
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1⁄2 c salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp Pepper
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 3 tbsp Onion, diced
  • 1⁄2 c Cheddar cheese, cubed

Instructions

Melt butter in saucepan and add flour, salt, pepper, onions and milk. Constantly stir mixture until smooth and thick; add cheddar cheese. Once cheese has melted stir in peas and serve.
