Description

Classic Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 cn (14.75 oz) Libby’s® Cream Style Sweet Corn
  • 2⁄3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄4 c Onion, diced
  • 1⁄2 c Celery, chopped
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 c Milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and pour into 1-½ quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
