Description

Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cn Libby’s® Whole Kernel Corn (15.25 oz.)
  • 1⁄2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 c Uncooked white rice
  • 2⁄3 c Green pepper, diced
  • 1⁄2 c Onion, diced
  • 1 cn Crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1⁄4 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in large skillet until ground beef is brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
