Skillet Ham and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked ham, cut into julienne strips
- 1 jar Libby’s® Crispy Sauerkraut (32 oz.), drained
- 3 Medium cooking apples, peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp Allspice
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet; add ham and sauté until lightly browned. Add apple slices. Combine brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon; sprinkle over ham and apple slices. Cook 2 minutes or until apples are just tender. Add sauerkraut, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
