Salmon and Dill Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

(14.5 oz.) Libby’s® Cut Green Beans
(drained well)

lb
pounds cooked salmon
(flaked)
1⁄4
c
cup fresh dill
(chopped)
1⁄2
small red onion
(diced)

extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1⁄4
tsp
black pepper
1⁄4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients in large bowl and gently toss together until well mixed. Serve with whole grain, like brown rice, whole wheat couscous or pumpernickel bread.
