- JUDGING : All eligible entries received will be preliminarily judged by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding, to determine ten (10) Finalist entries. Final judging to determine the Grand Prize winner will be accomplished by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor. All judging will be based on the following 3 criteria: originality and creativity (40%); inspirational quality (40%); congeniality of family as evidenced in photograph (20%). In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest originality and creativity score will be the potential winner, and in the event entries are still tied, the entry with the highest inspirational quality score, followed by the highest congeniality of family as evidenced in the photograph score, will be deemed the potential winner, as necessary. In the unlikely event that the foregoing procedures cannot resolve the tie, the entries involved in the tie will be subject to review by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and who will judge such entries in preferential order according to the judging criteria set forth herein. Potential winner will be notified by telephone/mail.
